Dance Floor Highway
(CR 1004) Guido Foelsing
OPENER
Grand Square
Boots on the floor and the lights burn bright
Music rolling through the Friday night
Hands start clapping, feel that sound
Everybody turning round and round
Allemande Left and Weave The Ring
Hear that rhythm calling you
Feel the beat come shining through
Let the music lead the way
Everybody dance today
FIGURE
Heads Square Thru count 'em 4 hands round
You make a Right Hand Star
The Heads Star Left, roll it one time and then
Same pair and do a Dosado
Swing Thru and then the Boys Trade
Swing the corner lady round and Promenade
Let the music lead the way
Everybody dance today
MIDDLE BREAK
Grand Square
Fiddle sings and the guitars play strong
Every step where we belong
Laughter flying through the air
Country spirit everywhere
Allemande Left and Weave The Ring
Hear that rhythm calling you
Feel the beat come shining through
Let the music lead the way
Everybody dance today
CLOSER
Grand Square
Round and round the dancers glide
Smiles you just can’t hide inside
When the music leads the way
We’ll keep dancing till the break of day
Allemande Left and Weave The Ring
Hear that rhythm calling you
Feel the beat come shining through
Let the music lead the way
Everybody dance today
TAG
Let the music lead the way
Everybody dance today
