Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
This order consists of digital files/downloads.
After payment is received, you will be granted access to the download links or the files will be delivered by email.
No physical shipping will take place.
Returns / Right of withdrawal:
As these are digital goods, fulfillment begins with the provision of the files.
The statutory right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once you have expressly agreed that the seller may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have given your consent, or once the download has started.
Therefore, returns or refunds are excluded where digital content has been fully downloaded or access has been permanently provided.
Exceptions:
Statutory mandatory claims (e.g., in cases of fraudulent concealment of material defects) or contractually agreed goodwill measures remain unaffected.

If you experience technical issues or receive defective files, please contact us at info@cnoc-records.de. We will review the case and may offer replacement delivery or partial refund where appropriate.
