Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Withdrawal expiry for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires early if the trader has begun performance of the service and the consumer has expressly consented that the trader may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (e.g. via PayPal) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Guido Fölsing, An der Hut 17, 36093 Künzell, E‑Mail: info@cnoc-records.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).
Note for business customers
If the buyer acts as an entrepreneur, there is no right of withdrawal; the above only applies to consumers.
